The organizers provide all services, an exhibitor requires, to the highest standards (often exceeding UFI standards). If any exhibitor has a nonstandard request, AGD will do their best to accommodate it. They also provide

  • - All types of booth design and / or construction (applicable only to nonstandard booths).

  • - Booth decoration, shelving and furniture.

  • - Special electrical supplies, over and above the basic provided.

  • - Additional manpower that might be required, including laborers, translators, and trained staff to assist at your booths.

  • - Meals can be provided on site for your staff.

  • - Accommodation can be arranged for the staff and management of the exhibitor.

  • - Freight, Handling, Customs & Transportation can be arranged through our agents, INT'L FREIGHT & EXHIBITION.

  • - All the exhibitors promotional materials can be printed locally, thus removing transportation costs and the possibility of being lost in transit.

  • - AGD can also assist with your regional TV advertising campaigns including filming, editing and buying airtime.

  • - Any additional equipment such as TVs, Videos, OBPS, Telephones, Fridges or plants can be provided.
